Look forward to herbs, jams and homemade liqueurs, beekeeping products, smokehouses or natural soaps, textiles and unusual ceramics.
The Nikolausmanufaktur has lots of hands-on offers for young and old - you can watch the products being made and take part yourself. For example, children can make angels, try their hand at sewing, try diamond painting, thread bracelets, print table runners or design their own Christmas baubles using wax embossing techniques. The historic wood-fired oven is also heated up in the servants' kitchen - here they can bake butter cookies and decorate them to their heart's content.
The castle café team will take care of your physical well-being: stalls inside and outside offer savory and sweet treats - hot spiced wine punch is of course a must.
