This winter hiking tour is steeped in history. It runs along the Heimatliederweg (Homeland Song Trail), past the Hüttenteichen ponds, then back to the beginning along the western edge of Geyer via the Anton-Günther-Weg.

From the hikers’ car park on Zwönitzer Strasse, set off on the Heimatliederweg to the first song stone. The route then turns downhill to the right, past the idyllically situated little ponds. To the left around the garden plot, follow the path markers past Synotec and, on the right, down Pechmännelweg towards the town. When you come to Alte Hormersdorfer Strasse, you can turn left to join Tour 2 ‒ this leads to the water park and the Greifenbachstauweiher reservoir. Tour 3, however, follows the toboggan slope on the right, past the Zum Kapellenstein restaurant and the Gruppenhaus Geyer accommodation block. Anton-Günther-Weg now leads you back to the hikers’ car park. Connection to Tour 2 and the town centre.
