The apartment is approximately 40 m² in size and can be accessed via a separate entrance. The living kitchen offers, in addition to a dining table and the kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a cozy seating area and television. A second, separate sleeping area is available. The terrace provides a beautiful view into the greenery. Wooden furniture and a grill are available for you. There is plenty of space to linger on the 3000 m² large property.
