Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.

The check-in is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Check-out is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.

Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements if necessary.

The key handover will take place in person on-site / via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.

A baby bed/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.

Pets are not allowed/allowed, for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.

The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.
