- An advance payment of 80% will be charged after booking, 7 days after booking.

- The remaining payment must be made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.

- Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Departure is possible between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

- Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for an arrangement.

- The key handover takes place personally on-site / via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

- Pets are not allowed.

- The city guest tax of €2.10 or €1.60 for reduced persons per night is additionally to be paid on-site.

Description of how to get there: By car: - use motorway A17 Dresden-Prag until exit Bad Gottleuba/Geising - follow the signage to Geising - after the entrance to Geising you drive left into the Street Lindenallee By Train: - city train from Dresden to Heidenau - after that use the regional train from Heidenau to Altenberg - leave the train in Geising - if you inform us betimes we pick you up from the train station earliest arrival after 14:00 latest departure till 10:00
